CHAPTER ONE , revisited ..... Lunch @ChapterOneDub

 
A gorgeous Lunch at Chapter One and as usual great food and service . Here are some pictures to whet your appetite .


Flavours of tomato consomé jelly , heirloom  tomatoes confit


Goat cheese parfait with basil , peas , asparagus , beetroot dressing and apple balsamic vinegar .


Cured mackerel with smoked potato , pickle Atlantic seaweed , mustard apple and onion dressing & crab


Langoustine , smoked bacon and basil spring roll , red pepper escabeche purée.


Warm chocolate mousse with lemon marshmallow and praline , spiced bread biscuit with vanilla cream .

Raspberries compressed in elderflower with jasmine tea pannacotta and lime meringue , creme fraiche and elderflower bombe with raspberry sorbet .
