Robert Jacob

Following an award-wining career as a Fashion designer, I  swapped high fashion for fine dining and to
pursue my real love of food and wine. A classically trained chef with a background nurtured in some of Dublin and London Michelin star establishments, among others Gordon Ramsay in London,Chapter One in Dublin & the 5* boutique hotel The Dylan in Dublin.

If you are feeling dampened by a dull rainy day, will away the grey clouds and lift your spirits with a great meal and a good bottle of wine. Or indulge yourself with a dinner date in a fabulous restaurant - this is the perfect time for dressing up and escaping into your wildest fantasies. A combination of both will take you to a level of natural connect. As quoted by one of my favourite chefs - Gordon Ramsay -  "I have always loved food, I loved the enjoyment of it. I am not a gourmand, I just love the excitement of it".
