Following an award-wining career as a Fashion designer, I swapped high fashion for fine dining and topursue my real love of food and wine. A classically trained chef with a background nurtured in some of Dublin and London Michelin star establishments, among others Gordon Ramsay in London,Chapter One in Dublin & the 5* boutique hotel The Dylan in Dublin.

Or indulge yourself with a dinner date in a fabulous restaurant - this is the perfect time for dressing up and escaping into your wildest fantasies. A combination of both will take you to a level of natural connect. As quoted by one of my favourite chefs - Gordon Ramsay - "I have always loved food, I loved the enjoyment of it. I am not a gourmand, I just love the excitement of it".
